安装步骤与维护
1.拌面机：将粉状原料（生料）搅拌均匀并调整好湿度。
2.自动上料机：连接搅拌机和双螺杆膨化机，把粉状原材料平稳输送。避免堵料粘料上料慢的问题。
3.双螺杆膨化机：自动控制，操作简便，整体变频控制，短时间内降下料速度，温控，吃料速度，旋切速度的参数调整到平衡状态，适应正在生产的产品要求和原料要求。
多功能切断机：膨化出的颗粒中间组织结构蓬松，气泡大，需要用对辊将颗粒压扁，把中间的气泡挤掉，使得产品密实。然后切成不同长短的片状颗粒。
4.输送机：切断后输送到湿磨机里面进行研磨。
5.湿磨机：利用湿磨机中的刀爪把压扁后的膨化机出来的颗粒抓碎。
6.振动筛：分选出颗粒小的粉末。
7.输送机：把较大颗粒输送到烘干箱中排出水分。
8.烘干箱：电力烘干机把水分排出，适于储藏并延长保质期。
9.冷却输送机：从烘干箱里出来的高温颗粒降温并准备包装。

7. Conveyor: transport large particles to the drying oven to discharge water.
8. Drying box: the electric dryer discharges the water, which is suitable for storage ａnd extends the shelf life.
9. Cooling conveyor: cool the high-temperature particles from the drying oven ａnd prepare for packaging.
