安装步骤与维护

1.拌面机：将各种粉状原料（生料）搅拌均匀并调整好湿度。
2.自动上料机：连接搅拌机和双螺杆膨化机，把粉状原材料平稳输送。拒绝堵料粘料上料慢的问题。
3.双螺杆膨化机：全自动控制，操作简便，整体变频控制，短时间内降下料速度，温控，吃料速度，旋切速度的技术参数调整到平衡状态，适应正在生产的产品要求和原料要求。
多功能切断机：膨化出的颗粒中间组织结构蓬松，气泡大，需要用对辊将颗粒压扁，把中间的气泡挤掉，更加密实。然后切成不同长短的片状颗粒。
4.输送机：切断后输送到湿磨机里面进行研磨。
5.湿磨机：利用湿磨机中的刀爪把压扁后的膨化机出来的颗粒抓碎。
6.振动筛：分选出颗粒小的粉末。
7.输送机：把较大颗粒输送到烘干箱中排出水分。
8.烘干箱：电力烘干机把水分排出，适于储藏并延长保质期。
9.冷却输送机：从烘干箱里出来的高温颗粒降温并准备包装。

3. Twin screw extruder: fully automatic control, simple operation, overall frequency conversion control, short-term lowering of the material speed, temperature control, feeding speed, rotary cutting speed of the technical parameters adjusted to a balanced state, to meet the requirements of the products being produced ａnd raw materials. Multifunctional cutting machine: the expanded particles have loose middle structure ａnd large bubbles. It is necessary to use the opposite roller to flatten the particles ａnd squeeze out the bubbles in the middle to make them more dense. Then cut into pieces of different lengths. 
4. Conveyor: after cutting off, it is transported to the wet mill for grinding. 
5. Wet mill: use the claws in the wet mill to crush the particles from the flattened expander. 
6. Vibrating screen: the powder with small particles is separated. 
7. Conveyor: transport large particles to drying box to discharge water. 
8. Drying box: the electric dryer discharges the moisture, which is suitable for storage ａnd prolongs the shelf life. 
9. Cooling conveyor: the high-temperature particles coming out of the drying box are cooled ａnd ready for packaging.
