安装步骤与维护

一、和面机：将面粉和水，以及其他的调味品加入到和面机的料筒中，打开开关，电机带动搅拌翅螺旋搅动；搅拌5-10分钟左右，物料均匀后，调整活动扳手将搅拌后的物料倒出。

二、成型机：通过成型切刀将面皮切割成波浪形的面条状即可。切刀尺寸可定做。

三、蒸煮部分：输送网带，匀速将波浪形的面条通过蒸箱，达到熟化效果。

四、切断部分：将从蒸箱内熟化的面条进行切割处理。将蒸箱内熟化的面条按长度要求切断，长度可调。
五、装盒部分：操作方法：把切断成型并落在工作平台（单独提供一个工作平台）上人的面块装入方便面盒。

六、油炸部分：将切割成型的面放入合式输送网带中，开动传动电机，匀速油炸。

七、冷却部分：将已经油炸好的的方便面进行冷却、降温。

2. Molding machine: cut the dough into wavy noodles by molding cutter. Cutter size can be customized. 
3. Cooking part: conveying the net belt, passing the wavy noodles through the steamer at a constant speed to achieve the ripening effect.
4. Cut off part: cut the cooked noodles from the steamer. Cut off the cooked noodles in the steamer according to the length requirements, ａnd the length can be adjusted. 
5. packing part: operation method: put the dough block cut ａnd shaped ａnd placed on the working platform (a working platform is provided separately) into the instant noodle box. 
6. frying part: put the cut shaped surface into the combined conveyor belt, start the transmission motor, ａnd fry at a constant speed. 
7. Cooling part: cool ａnd cool the fried instant noodles.
