产品功能

1、拌粉机：将原料混合好后添加一定量的水分充分混合均匀。

2、上料机：利用电机为动力螺旋式输送，将拌好的原料输送到挤压机的喂料斗，确保上料方便快捷。

3、膨化机：根据生产线产量的不同选用不同型号的MT型膨化主机，产量可从100kg/h－－300kg/h不等，原料可以玉米粉、米粉、面粉、谷粉等为原料。

4、注芯机：膨化机生产出空心管的瞬间讲芯料瞬间注入，可注入花生酱、巧克力酱、糖稀等。

5、米果切断机:将带有芯料的米果切断，米果的尺寸可在2cm-20cm之间调节。

6、提升机：将米果输送到烤箱。

7、多层烤箱：烤箱多为电烤箱，温度在0-200度之间通过控制柜自行调节，内部为不锈钢双层网袋，烘烤时间可以根据速度调节，通过烘烤使得主料与芯料在一定程度上渗透，增加口感，同时减少物料水分，增加保质期。

8、调味线：有八角筒、圆筒、提升单滚筒、双滚筒调味线，根据产量、产品性质配置，另有喷油、喷糖、涂层设备。
