标准配置
膨化饲料机械宠物食品生产线 宠物食品设备工艺组成： 

1、拌粉机：将原料玉米粉、米粉、豆粉、肉粉、谷粉、添加剂等添加水分充分混合均匀。

2、上料机：利用电机为动力螺旋式输送，将拌好的原料输送到挤压机的喂料斗，确保上料方便快捷。

3、双螺杆膨化机：在高温高压环境、螺杆的挤压情况下，通过调节工艺生产部不同的饲料，具体颗粒大小与形状可以更换模具。

4、输送机：将饲料输送到烤箱，

5、多层烤箱：烤箱多为电烤箱，温度在0-200度之间通过控制柜自行调节，内部为不锈钢双层网袋，减少饲料颗粒水分，增加熟化率，增加保质期。

8、冷却输送：降低油炸与饲料的温度，帮助油脂凝固，降低颗粒温度，便于包装。
